Shipping
We try to ship your order as quickly as possible, we have many products in stock and can be shipped the same or the next day. The shipping indication shown on the website is based on our stock and the stock of our suppliers.
We use the services of DPD and PostNL International Parcel for all our shipments.
As soon as we send the package, you will receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail with which you can track the status of your order.
If you have not received the package after a few days after the shipping confirmation, please contact us.
Shipping costs in the Netherlands
The shipping rate within the Netherlands for a package up to 30 kg is € 5.75 excl. VAT.
A surcharge applies for packages weighing more than 30 kg.
With an order amount above € 250, – we ship up to 30 kg FREE within the Netherlands.

For shipping outside the Netherlands, the following rates excl. VAT for a package up to 30 kg apply.

Returns
It is of course possible that you are not completely satisfied with an article. Then you can return the item (s) to us.
The costs for the return shipment are always borne by the customer.
Please include the packing slip with your return at all times, so that we know who the return is from.
Return conditions
After you have submitted the return notification via the website and indicate that you want to use the right of withdrawal (as described in the General Terms and Conditions), you have 14 days to return the items.
The items to be returned must be in original condition. This means: undamaged, unused and in the original packaging.
In addition, the items must be returned in the original shipping packaging.
Returning is only possible after making a return notification.
After the return notification you will receive an email with further instructions about the return shipment, where you can create a return label cheaply and easily.
After receipt of your return, it will be assessed and checked by us. If your return is not approved, we will contact you. If you accept the return, the amount will be refunded to the account with which you paid within 14 days after receipt of your package. You will receive a confirmation email.
